The new AQ01™ desk lamp, designed by Anne Quist in her Anne Qvist design studio, reveals a distinctive design while offering innovative expression with its refined details and curved lines. With its curved lines and matte finish, the AQ01's lampshade design attracts the human hand. Therefore, the lamp can be switched on and off and dimmed directly on the lamp head. The diffuser is made of thicker material to avoid glare and create 100% downward scattering of light in a rotationally symmetrical pattern. In the fine arms that connect the two joints, the wire is hidden, which is held in place by means of an inner spring, so that the elegant exterior view of the lamp is free of superfluous visible elements. As a desk lamp, the AQ01 can either be plugged into a power outlet or inserted into a table base and is just as attractive as a bedside lamp with the wall mount as a reading lamp in a lounge area.
